Ingredients:
2 teaspoon(s) matcha
1 cup(s) hot water
5-6 whole(s) ice cubes
1/2 cup(s) soy milk
1 scoop of vanilla ice cream
Directions:
1. In a tall glass, mix the matcha and hot water, and stir briskly until the paste becomes smooth.
2. Add the ice cubes and pour the milk slowly over them.
3. Top with ice cream. Add some syrup or sweatner if you wish. Serve with a long spoon.
4. *Note: To counter the sweetness of the ice cream, use more matcha.
