1/2 lb macaroni |
1 1/2 cups milk |
1/2 cup cauliflower, boiled and pureed |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
2 eggs |
2 cups cheddar cheese, grated |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. 2. Grease a 9x9 baking dish. 3. Cook macaroni to slightly underdone, according to directions on package. 4. Whisk together milk, white puree, salt, and eggs in a separate bowl. 5. Layer half of noodles, then half of cheese, then remaining noodles in baking dish. Pour milk mixture on top. Cover with remaining cheese. 6. Bake 30-35 minutes or until golden and bubbling. |
