Simplify your cookie baking with this master mix Ingredients:
2 cups butter, softened |
2 cups sugar |
2 eggs |
2 egg yolks |
2 teaspoons vanilla extract |
5 cups king arthur unbleached all-purpose flour |

Directions:
1. In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs, egg yolks and vanilla. Combine flour and salt; gradually add to creamed mixture and mix well. 2. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week. 3.
