Ingredients:
4 pound(s) yukon gold potatoes cubed
1/2 cup(s) low-fat buttermilk
1 teaspoon(s) salt
1/4 teaspoon(s) black pepper
Directions:
1. Place potatoes in a large saucepan, cover with water, bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes or until tender, drain.
2. Return potatoes to pan, add buttermilk, salt and pepper. Mash to desired consistency.
