4 sweet potatoes, roasted |
6 tablespoons butter |
1/2 cup milk, warm |
1 egg, lightly beaten |
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon |
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, mash sweet potates with butter. 2. Beat in milk, egg and cinnamon. 3. Put in a buttered baking dish. 4. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes. |
