Mashed Pumpkin and Bean Pots

Ingredients:
500 g pumpkin, peeled and chopped
300 g butter beans, drained
3 tablespoons cream
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup fresh breadcrumb
2 teaspoons butter
maple syrup or honey, to drizzle
Directions:
1. Cook pumpkin in boiling water till tender.
2. Mash pumpkin and drained beans together.
3. Stir in cream and season with salt and pepper.
4. Spoon into 4 x 1 cup moulds.
5. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs, dot with butter.
6. Bake 200 C for 25 minutes.
7. Drizzle with maple syrup and serve.
