Mashed Potatoes With Sour Cream |

A nice way to enjoy mashed potatoes without a lot of butter and fat. Still delicious, though :) Ingredients:
6 large russet potatoes |
1/2 cup sour cream |
1/4 cup 2% low-fat milk |
salt |
pepper |
garlic (optional) |
Directions:
1. Dice potatoes and boil until fork-tender; strain. 2. Combine Boiled Potatoes and remaining ingredients. 3. Mash by hand or with electric mixer for a lighter texture. 4. Note: Depending on your taste, you can increase or decrease the amount of sour cream and milk. |
