Pimp up your potatoes with pistachios. I served with beans and smoked ham cubes on top. Cut bean in pieces precook in some stock. Heat butter, add ham after it is fried add beans and some more stock. Cook for another 5 minutes and serve on top of mashed potatoes. Read more . Simple and delish and I think it looks pretty. Ingredients:
500 g potatoes |
50 g butter |
50 ml milk |
100 g pistachios |
salt |
white and black pepper |
nutmeg |
Directions:
1. Peel potatoes, cut in cubes and cook in salted water. 2. Mash potatoes, add butter, milk and salt pepper, nutmeg. 3. Grate pistachios and mix together. |
