                    This is a very simple and quick recipe. If you like horseradish then you'll love these quick and easy taters. Ingredients: 
                    
                        
                                                6 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed  |  
                                                1/4 cup butter or 1/4 cup margarine, melted  |  
                                                3/4 teaspoon salt  |  
                                                1/8 teaspoon pepper  |  
                                                1/2 cup sour cream  |  
                                                2 tablespoons prepared horseradish  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. Cook the potatoes in boiling salted water until tender, about 8-10 minutes; drain. 2. Add butter, salt and pepper. 3. Whip with an electric mixer on low speed or mash with a potato masher. 4. Add sour cream and horseradish; mix well. 5.
