One of our family's favourites Ingredients:
8 potatoes |
1 clove garlic |
1 tablespoon salad oil |
2 tablespoons unsalted butter |
1/4 teaspoon celery seed |
1/2 cup cream |
salt, pepper and paprika to taste |
Directions:
1. Boil and mash potatoes. 2. Heat the salad oil, add the garlic& fry until golden brown. 3. Add the rest of the ingredients. 4. Add to the potatoes. 5. Mash until creamy and fluffy. 6. Serve without delay. |
