Ingredients:
4 cups cubed peeled baking potato (about 1 1/2 pounds) |
1 garlic clove, sliced |
3/4 cup 1% low-fat milk |
2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese |
1 tablespoon stick margarine or butter |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/8 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. Place potato and garlic in a medium saucepan; add water to cover. Bring to a boil; cover, reduce heat, and simmer 25 minutes or until tender. Drain. Return potato to pan. Add milk and remaining ingredients; mash with a potato masher. |
