Ingredients:
4+ yukon gold potatoes peeled & halved |
3 garlic cloves peeled |
1/2 tsp salt |
1 1/2 cup low fat milk |
2 tbs butter |
2 tbs chives |
Directions:
1. Boil Potatoes. with garlic and salt. Bring milk and butter to a boil, cover to keep warm. 2. Mash potatoes. Gradually add hot milk mix until right consistency. Season. 3. Spray a 9 x 13 baking dish Put in dish and top with chives. Keep warm in oven until serve. |
