Ingredients:
6 med russet potatoes peeled, diced |
1/2 cup(s) warm milk |
1/4 cup(s) butter |
3/4 teaspoon(s) salt |
dash of pepper |
Directions:
1. Place potatoes in a saucepan and cover with water. Cover and bring to a boil; cook for 20-25 minutes or until very tender. Drain well. Add milk, butter, salt and pepper; mash until light and fluffy. |
