Basic recipe that everyone should learn Ingredients:
3 cups potatoes, peeled and cut in cubes |
water |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper |
1 tablespoon canola oil |
1/4 cup soya milk |
Directions:
1. Boil potatoes until done. 2. Mash potatoes, adding canola oil, soya milk, salt & pepper. Mix well. |
