Ingredients:
1 stick(s) butter |
3 clove(s) garlic |
1/2 cup(s) grated cheddar cheese |
paprika |
pepper to taste |
5 pound(s) potatoes, peeled |
1 cup(s) sour cream |
Directions:
1. Boil potatoes until done. Beat with electric beater. Add butter, sour cream, garlic, cheese and pepper. Put in baking dish and sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350' for 30-40 minutes. Can be made ahead and refrigerated or frozen. Bring to room temperature and bake according to directions. |
