Creamy and delicious. Can be made ahead. Ingredients:
10 -12 potatoes |
1 (8 ounce) cream cheese |
1/2 cup butter |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 cup half-and-half |
1 -2 tablespoon melted butter |
paprika |
Directions:
1. Peel, cook and drain potatoes and mash. Beat cream cheese with half and half. Add potatoes and beat well. Add other ingredients, except melted butter and paprika and beat well. 2. Place in buttered casserole. Brush top with melted butter. Sprinkle top with paprika. Cover and refrigerate overnight. 3. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes uncovered. |
