Great for Thanksgiving dinner. Ingredients:
4 lbs potatoes (12 med) |
1/8 teaspoon pepper |
8 ounces cream cheese |
1/4 cup chopped chives |
1 cup sour cream |
1/2 teaspoon paprika |
2 tablespoons garlic salt |
2 tablespoons butter |
Directions:
1. Cook and mash potatoes. 2. Add cheese, sour cream, salt and pepper. 3. Beat until smooth and light. 4. Stir in chives. 5. Spoon into baking dish. 6. Top with paprika and butter. 7. Bake 350 for 30 min. |
