Mashed Potato And Sausage Casserolee

This is a good casserole served with homemade biscuits and a light dessert like a fruit cup.
Ingredients:
1 lb. bulk pork sausage
1 bag (1lb.) frozen mixed vegetables
1 cup onion seasoned beef broth
3 tbsp. all purpose flour
1/2 pkg. (7.2 oz.) roasted garlic mashed potato mix (i pouch)
water, milk and butter called for on potato mix
Directions:
1. Heat the oven to 425*F.
2. Butter a 8x8 baking dish.
3. Cook sausage in a skillet over medium high heat, stir until no longer pink, drain.
4. Mix sausage and mixed vegetables in baking dish.
5. Mix broth and flour in a small bowl.
6. Pour over sausage mixture, stir to toss.
7. Cover and bake 45 minutes, until bubbly and slightly thickened.
8. Make potatoes as directed on pkg.
9. Stir in water, milk and butter, let stand 5 minutes.
10. Spoon onto sausage mixture.
11. Bake uncovered 12 minutes or until potatoes start to brown.
