This is a low carb low fat side dish recipe. Ingredients:
1 head cauliflower |
3 tbsp water |
3 tbsp nonfat chicken broth |
Directions:
1. Boil the cauliflower in water until very tender, about 10min. 2. Drain and place in a blender or food processor. 3. Add chicken broth and water, one tablespoon at a time until a smooth consistency, similar to mashed potatoes, is reached. |
