Ingredients:

1/2 cup mascarpone cheese

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/4 cup milk

2 tablespoons taco seasoning (to taste)

2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar

2 teaspoons dijon mustard

Directions:

1. Combine all ingredients and blend together with a hand-held blender until smooth.
