1/3 cup turbinado sugar |
1/2 tablespoon sea salt |
1 teaspoon onion powder |
1 teaspoon garlic powder |
1 tablespoon cumin |
1 teaspoon cayenne |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
1/2 teaspoon cardamom |
1 teaspoon white pepper |
1 egg white |
3 cups mixed nuts |
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 250°F Line two baking sheets with parchment paper. 2. Mix the sugar, salt, onion powder, garlic powder, cumin, cayenne, cinnamon, cardamom, and pepper in a small bowl. 3. Whisk the egg white until frothy. Toss with the nuts, then add the spice mixture and toss until well coated. 4. Spread the nuts in one layer on the prepared baking sheet; bake until dry, about 45 minutes. Let cool completely on the baking sheet. |
