From the Thursday magazine. Ingredients:
225 g ground almond paste |
115 g sifted icing sugar |
115 g caster sugar |
1 teaspoon lemon juice |
4 egg whites, beaten |
Directions:
1. Mix all the above ingredients with enough eg whites to form a dough. 2. Knead well. 3. Store in an airtight container. 4. Use on the rich fruit cake (recipe posted separately). |
