This cakes name says it all ... YUM YUM! Ingredients:
1 (20 ounce) can pineapple |
2 1/2 cups flour |
1 1/2 cups sugar |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
2 eggs, slightly beaten |
1/2 cup margarine |
1 cup sugar |
3/4 cup evaporated milk |
1 cup coconut |
1/2 cup nuts |
Directions:
1. Mix all cake ingredients together. 2. Bake in a greased and floured 9x13 pan for 35-40 min at 350 degrees. 3. To make frosting: Add to sauce pan, margarine, sugar and evaporated milk. Bring to a boil and boil for approximately 5 minute Remove from heat and stir in coconut and nuts. 4. Pour the frosting on the hot cake. |
