Mary's Sweet Potato Delight |

We had our family Christmas dinner Saturday at my sister-in-laws house and she made this casserole. Everybody there had a fit over it, it was so good...Thanks Deb! Ingredients:
3 cups sweet potatoes |
5 potatoes |
1 cup sugar |
1/2 cup evaporated milk |
1/2-1 cup margarine |
2 eggs, beaten |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1 cup brown sugar |
1/2 cup margarine, melted |
1/2 cup flour |
1 cup pecans, crumbled |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients and pour in greased casserole.
2. Mix topping ingredients together and sprinkle over top casserole.
3. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
4. Enjoy.
