Ingredients:
2 cups diced tomato (about 2 medium) |
2/3 cup diced onion |
3 tablespoons minced fresh cilantro |
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice |
1 garlic clove, minced |
1 jalapeƱo pepper, seeded and chopped |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl; cover and chill 1 hour. 2. Note: Serve with baked tortilla chips or as a topping for grilled chicken, fish, or hamburgers. |
