Another great recipe I found in the local newspaper.
Ingredients:
3 lbs beef brisket
1 cup ketchup
onion soup mix
Directions:
1. Place brisket on foil. 2. Coat with ketchup and sprinkle with onion soup mix. 3. Wrap brisket in foil. 4. Place on baking sheet and cook at 350 degrees for 2 1/2 hours.
