Healthy food on the run. Ingredients:
1/2 cup soy protein isolate |
1 cup honey |
2 cups peanut butter, 100% natural |
1/2 cup sunflower seeds |
80 g dried cherries |
60 g oat bran |
1/2 cup flaxseed meal |
1/2 cup slivered almonds |
46 g cocoa powder |
4 cups oats |
1/2 cup water |
1/2 cup chocolate chips |
Directions:
1. 1 cup honey 2. 2 cups Peanut Butter, 100% Natural 3. add 1 tsp of vanilla extract or almond extract 4. and cream together 5. add remaining ingrediants, mix with hands. 6. press on wax paper on a baking sheet. Refridgerate, cut into bars. Enjoy! |
