Ingredients:
1/2 cup soy protein isolate
1 cup honey
2 cups peanut butter, 100% natural
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
80 g dried cherries
60 g oat bran
1/2 cup flaxseed meal
1/2 cup slivered almonds
46 g cocoa powder
4 cups oats
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup chocolate chips
Directions:
1. 1 cup honey
2. 2 cups Peanut Butter, 100% Natural
3. add 1 tsp of vanilla extract or almond extract
4. and cream together
5. add remaining ingrediants, mix with hands.
6. press on wax paper on a baking sheet. Refridgerate, cut into bars. Enjoy!
