Developed by Mary Enig Phd. For use in salad dressings or as cooking oil. This oil is referenced in many recipes so it is wise to make enough to always have it on hand. As seen in her book Eat Fat, Lose Fat Ingredients:
1 cup coconut oil, gently melted |
1 cup sesame seed oil, expeller-expressed or cold pressed |
1 cup extra virgin olive oil |
Directions:
1. Mix ingredients together in a glass jar. 2. Cover tightly and store at room temperature. |
