Marinaded Flank Steak Ingredients:
2 lb flank steak |
marinade see directions about quantities |
1/4 cup vegetable oil |
1/6 cup low sodium soy sauce |
1/8 cup red wine vinegar |
1 tablespoons lemon juice |
1/2 tablespoon dijon mustard |
3/4 tablespoon worcestershire |
1/4 teaspoon black pepper |
1 clove garlic |
Directions:
1. Marinade for 4 hrs (double marinade ingridients listed in marinade as over half will not be soaked. If listed it will count toward calories) then grill for 15 min. Let stand for another 5 min. Cut at a diagonal and serve 2. If you want, you can take the excess marinade and bring it to a boil, simmer for several minutes, and serve with the flank steak. Great also with a horseradish sauce. |
