Just threw this together in my kitchen one day and my family liked it. Ingredients:
1 (16 ounce) package linguine |
2 chicken bouillon cubes |
1/4 cup almond oil (or sesame oil) |
1/2 large onion, sliced |
3 stalks celery, sliced |
4 leaves romaine lettuce, sliced (outer leaves) |
1/4 cup soy sauce |
3 eggs |
1 teaspoon black pepper |
Directions:
1. Boil Linguini for 5 minutes. 2. Drain all but 1 cup water. 3. Add bouillon cubes. 4. Cover and let steam for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. 5. Heat oil in separate pan at medium high heat. 6. When hot add onion and cook well. 7. Turn heat to medium. 8. Then add celery and lettuce, and sauté 1 minute. 9. Add soy sauce, eggs and pepper; scrambling eggs while they cook. 10. When eggs are cooked, add noodles. 11. Stir Fry for 2 minutes and serve. |
