Ingredients:
2 cups chopped cooked chicken |
1 1/2 cups chopped celery |
3/4 cup mayonnaise |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon red pepper |
lettuce leaves |
2 hard-cooked eggs, sliced (optional) |
1 teaspoon capers (optional) |
Directions:
1. Combine chicken with next 4 ingredients in a medium mixing bowl; mix well. Chill at least 2 hours. 2. Serve chicken salad in a lettuce- lined bowl; garnish with egg slices and capers, if desired. |
