Got this somewhere but I remember when I was stationed in MD and Man the blue crab was so GREAT.....hope you enjoy Ingredients:
1 pound lump maryland blue crabmeat |
1 teaspoon bay spice (old bay seasoning is my favorite!) |
1/2 cup breadcrumbs |
1 egg |
3 teaspoons worcesteshire sauce |
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard |
2 tablespoons mayonaise |
1 teaspoon lemon juice |
1 tablespoon prepared mustard |
1 tablespoon melted butter |
2 teaspoons fresh parsley, chopped |
Directions:
1. 1. Combine all ingredients except crabmeat in a medium sized bowl. 2. 2. Stir in crabmeat. 3. 3. Shape into cakes 4. 4. Bake at 375 degrees for 12-15 minutes until cakes are golden brown. |
