This recipe is from the kitchen of my friend Mary Ann, it's a quick and easy cake to make. Made in a 13X9 baking pan, so there is always enough to share with your friends. I hope you enjoy this cake as much as I did. Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups self rising flour |
1 cup brown sugar |
1 cup granulated sugar |
1 cup vegetable oil |
4 eggs |
1 tablespoon vanilla |
1 1/2 cups chopped pecans |
1/2 cup coconut |
Directions:
1. Pre-heat oven to 350. 2. Mix all ingredients well, pour into a greased and floured 13X9 baking pan and bake for 40 to 45 minutes. |
