Ready to serve in 25 minutes, this easy minestrone with garbanzo beans, macaroni, and veggies is topped with grated Parmesan cheese. Ingredients:
2 (14.5 ounce) cans chicken broth |
1 (15 ounce) can chickpeas (garbanzo beans), drained and rinsed |
1 (14.5 ounce) can hunt's® diced tomatoes, undrained |
2 cups frozen italian-style vegetable blend |
1/2 cup elbow macaroni, uncooked |
1/4 cup kraft zesty italian dressing |
1/4 cup kraft grated parmesan cheese |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients except cheese in large saucepan. 2. Bring to a boil on medium-high heat. Reduce to medium; simmer 6 to 8 min. or until macaroni is tender. 3. Sprinkle each serving with cheese. |
