A tasty meatloaf recipe that is sure to be enjoyed! My kids love it! I had my moms recipe and added a few changes! Served with a fully loaded baked pototo on the side.....Mmmm, delicious!! Ingredients:
2 lbs hamburger |
3 eggs |
3/4 cup parmesan cheese |
1/2 cup milk |
1 1/2 cups breadcrumbs |
2 tablespoons oregano |
1 teaspoon basil |
1 1/2 teaspoons minced fresh garlic |
1 medium onion, chopped |
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper |
1/2 cup ketchup |
salt |
pepper |
Directions:
1. Pre-heat oven to 350. 2. mix all ingrediants well. 3. place mixture in a loaf pan. 4. bake for 1 hour. |
