This is delicious. Ingredients:
one head lettuce |
one small can english peas |
3/4 cup celery chopped |
1/2 large bell pepper chopped |
1 cup green onions chopped (roots and tops) |
1 1/2 cup mayonaise |
2 tablespoons sugar |
1/2 shaker of parmesan cheese (3 oz size) |
Directions:
1. Use 1 large head of lettuce; pinch into bite size. Place about 3/4 of the lettuce in a large flat dish or pan. Drain 1 small can English peas and sprinkle over lettuce. Add 3/4 cup chopped celery over peas. Chop 1/2 of a large bell pepper; sprinkle over celery. Chop 1 cup green onions (roots and tops); sprinkle over bell pepper. Add 2 tablespoons sugar with 1/2 shaker of Parmesan cheese ( 3 oz size). Sprinkle over mayonaise. Refrigerate for 1 or 2 days. Just before serving, sprinkle with bacon bits. |
