This is a creamy delicious pudding/salad that is so good you may not have 6 servings! (with me it's 1 or 2) : )I'm not sure where the name came from, probably the color. Ingredients:
1-3.4 oz box instant pistachio pudding |
1-6 oz. can pineapple chunks |
2 cups mini marshmallows |
1/4 cup chopped pistachios (or your favorite kind of nuts) |
1-8oz. container cool whip |
Directions:
1. Put everything in a bowl (including juice from pineapple) and stir well.
2. Refrigerate for several hours before serving.
