Uses low-carb pasta. Ingredients:
1/2 lb beef, chuck |
8 ounces fat free sour cream |
2 tblsp flour |
1/2 cup water or beef broth |
8 ounces mushrooms, sliced |
1/4 cup shallots |
2 tsp garlic, minced |
1/8 tsp black pepper |
4 ounces penne pasta |
Directions:
1. Brown meat with shallots, garlic, and mushrooms. 2. Add 1/2 cup water. Simmer. 3. Mix flour into sour cream; add to beef and heat. 4. Cook pasta according to directions and add to beef mixture. |
