Uses low-carb pasta.
Ingredients:
1/2 lb beef, chuck
8 ounces fat free sour cream
2 tblsp flour
1/2 cup water or beef broth
8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
1/4 cup shallots
2 tsp garlic, minced
1/8 tsp black pepper
4 ounces penne pasta
Directions:
1. Brown meat with shallots, garlic, and mushrooms.
2. Add 1/2 cup water. Simmer.
3. Mix flour into sour cream; add to beef and heat.
4. Cook pasta according to directions and add to beef mixture.
