This salad goes by other names, but it was created for the owner of Yardley Inn in Bucks County, PA. Ingredients:
baby spinach |
spring mix |
romaine lettuce |
belgium endive, sliced 1/2 inch thick |
2 ounces of french sheeps milk feta cheese |
2 ounces toasted pecans |
4 ounces fresh peaches or mangos |
fini balsamic vinegar |
olive oil |
Directions:
1. Mix the Fini Balsamic Vinegar with Extra Virgin Olive Oil. 2. Sprinkle over greens and serve 3. Fini* is the secret ingredient |
