Ingredients:
1 quart heavy whipping cream
2 cups splenda sugar substitute
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 pint sour cream
Directions:
1. combine whipping cream and splenda and whip with mixer until thick before adding other ingredients.
2. Contine to whip with mixer while adding other ingredients.
