Martha's Ham & Cheese Rolls

A simple party appetizer from my childhood...one of my absolute favorites. The yellow mustard adds a nice twist.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs ham, boiled, sliced thin
12 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 teaspoons yellow mustard
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon onion powder
Directions:
1. Combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, mustard, paparika and onion powder. Whip until very creamy.
2. Spread on slices of boiled ham.
3. Roll up lengthwise as for a jelly roll and fasten with toothpicks.
4. Chill until very firm (this is actually the cooking time).
5. Cut into 1 serving pieces.
6. For variety, wrap around pieces of pickled asparagus. Excellent!
