Who knew a 2 ingredient smoothie could be so delicious. I found it a little too thick to blend and added a bit of water, but otherwise this is terrific. Recipe courtesy of Martha Stewart Living. Serving size is estimated. Ingredients:
1/2 cup low-fat plain yogurt or 1/2 cup nonfat plain yogurt |
2 cups cantaloupe, chopped (about a 1 1/2 lb cantaloupe) |
Directions:
1. Combine yogurt and cantaloupe in a blender. 2. Blend until smooth. 3. Chill in an airtight container and use within 1 day. |
