A light tastey dessert -one of my families favorites Ingredients:
3/4 pkg large marshmellows |
1 c milk |
1-20 oz can crushed pineapple |
1 carton cool whip |
2 c graham wafer crumbs |
Directions:
1. Melt together marshmellows and milk
2. Drain pineapple real well
3. Mix cool whip together with marshmellow mixture and pineapple
4. Prepare pan by lining with crumbs, reserving about 1 cup to sprinkle on top.
5. Put pineapple marshmellow mixture on crumb base
6. Sprinkle crumbs on top
7. Chill well before serving
