This topping can be used as desired for any small cakes, especially the children love it Ingredients:
2 egg whites |
2 tabpns golden syrup |
Directions:
1. Whisk up the Egg Whites and the Golden Syrup in a bowl over a pan of Hot Water until it is Thick and Fluffy and quite Stiff. 2. Colour and/or Flavour if desired. 3. Can always add to the icing when on the cake, i.e. cherries or nuts, if wished |
