Ingredients:
1 large egg white |
1 cup light corn syrup |
1/2 cup powdered sugar, sifted |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
Directions:
1. Using an electric mixer, beat egg white until soft peaks begin to form. Lower speed; slowly add 2 tablespoons water, then corn syrup. Increase speed; beat until creamy white in color and doubled in volume, 5-6 minutes. 2. Beat in sifted sugar and vanilla extract. |
