Easy easy easy. Delicious choc-peanut butter flavour. Ingredients:
6 ounces semisweet chocolate |
1/2 cup peanut butter |
1/4 cup butter or 1/4 cup margarine |
1 (250 g) package colored miniature marshmallows (about 3 cups or so) |
Directions:
1. Melt the chocolate and butter in a large saucepan.
2. Stir in peanut butter to blend well.
3. Add marshmallows.
4. Combine thoroughly.
5. Spread mixture in 8x8 waxed-paper lined pan.
6. Chill completely to firm.
7. Store in refrigerator.
