This recipe was listed in a cookbook ( Simple Indulgence )that I received from Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk. Ingredients:
3 cups (18oz) semi-sweet chocolate chips |
1 (14 oz) can eagle brand sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk) |
dash salt |
2 tbsp butter |
2 c. mini marshmallows |
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract |
Directions:
1. In heavy saucepan, over low heat, melt chocolate chips with Eagle Brand and salt. Remove from heat; stir in butter, marshmallows and vanilla. Spread evenly into wax paper lined 8- or 9-inch square pan. 2. Chill 2 hrs or until firm. Turn fudge onto cutting board; peel off paper and cut into squares. Store leftovers covered in refrigerator. |
