Very rich, quick, and easy to make. Ingredients:
4 1/2 cups sugar |
2/3 cup evaporated milk |
1 (6 ounce) jar marshmallow cream |
1 -2 cup oleo |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1/2 cup nuts (optional) |
Directions:
1. Cook sugar, milk and oleo to soft ball stage (235°), takes about 4 minutes. 2. Add marshmallow cream, vanilla and nuts; stir well. 3. Let harden. 4. Enjoy. |
