Marshmallow Fruit Bowl

If your on a budget this is a cheap salad to make. It combines canned fruit with marshmallows and a cooked pudding like dressing to make it light and refreshing.
Ingredients:
1 can (20-oz.) pineapple tidbits
1 can (15-oz) chunky mixed fruit
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup sugar
2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1/2 cup whipped topping
1 cup minature marshmallows
Directions:
1. Drain pineapple and mixed fruit, reserving 1 cup of juice.
2. Set fruit aside.
3. In a saucepan, combine lemon juice, sugar, flour and reserved fruit juice; stir until smooth.
4. Cook and stir until heated through.
5. Add a small amount of hot liquid to eggs and mix quickly to temper; return all to pan.
6. Bring to a boil; boil and stir for 2 minutes.
7. Cool completely.
8. Fold in whipped topping.
9. Fold in marshmallows, pineapple and mixed fruit.
10. Transfer to a serving bowl.
