                    This is the frosting I use for the the white cake with lemon curd filling, I sprinkle the sweetened coconut on top Ingredients: 
                    
                        
                                                1/2 cup sugar  |  
                                                2 tablespoons water  |  
                                                2 egg whites  |  
                                                1 (7 ounce) jar marshmallow creme  |  
                                                1 teaspoon vanilla  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. In top of double boiler, combine sugar, water, and egg whites. Cook over simmering water, beating until soft peaks form. 2. Add marshmallow creme; beat until stiff peaks form. Remove from heat; beat in vanilla.                              |
